My name is Ryan McCoy and I've been a follower of Jesus for my whole life.
I spend years unable to connect with the Bible or form a daily habit of study (and when I did try, it only lasted a dew days at most.) I thought being spoon fed a little bit of Bible by my pastor once a week was enough for a relationship with God. I was lying to myself, and all the while battling crippling depression, addictions, and a lack of purpose.
But When I started to explore the word of God with these methods, I would find myself spending hours every day, totally engrossed in life transforming study. I experienced a transformation that affected every area of my life. My Job changed, my brain changed, my daily habits and what I consumed changed, and I experienced freedom in my mind.

Do I need to have a bunch of study books before starting?
